It’s weird that only three years have passed since the raunchy time traveling comedy Hot Tub Time Machine hit theaters. Even more odd is that after the film grossed only $64 million worldwide (which isn’t bad for an R-rated comedy that cost $36 million to make), THR reports MGM is currently considering a sequel to the film with the original film’s director Steve Pink writing a script and also in talks to direct again. Craig Robinson, Clark Duke and Rob Corddry are in early talks to reprise their roles (with the latter potentially helping out on the script), but John Cusack is currently not involved in any capacity.
