85th Academy Awards Nominations Announced – Full List for 2012! Jan 10th 2013, 18:00 The complete list of nominees for the 85th Academy Awards, the most prestigious award in Hollywood, have been announced today (via Oscars.com). The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences revealed the nominees this morning live from the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills. There’s no need to spend any more time introducing this, so let’s get right down to it! This year, The Academy has selected a total of nine Best Picture nominees, including Amour, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Les Miserables, Tarantino’s Django Unchained, Life of Pi and Argo. So without further ado, here is the list of 2013 nominees from 2012. The 85th Academy Awards will take place on Sunday, February 24th at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood with a live telecast airing on ABC starting at 7PM (EST) / 4PM (PST).
