Kate Middleton Shows Her Baby Bump as She Gets Back to Royal Work! Feb 20th 2013, 08:00 Kate Middleton returned to her royal duties when she made an official visit to Hope House in London earlier today. She wore a Max Mara wrap dress, which showed a hint of her growing baby bump. Hope House is an in-patient rehab center for women that offers treatment for substance abuse and other disorders. Once inside the center, Kate – who is a patron for Hope House – met with patients who shared drawings with her and even visited the facility’s kitchen. After her visit, Kate was greeted by two children who gave her a bouquet of pink flowers. This is her first royal appearance since she went on a vacation with Prince William in slammed by writer Hilary Mantel during a public lecture.
