Whitney Cummings is back to having only two TV shows on the air now: Her E! talk show, Love You, Mean It, has been canceled. (That's a joke about the "only:" two is still a lot.)

The weekly show, which premiered in late November and aired on Wednesday nights, did not do well in the ratings. Sandwiched between The Soup and Chelsea Lately, it underperformed both. Its most recent new episode drew an anemic 404,000. Staffers were told last week.

Cummings first became known through her appearances on Chelsea Lately, and Chelsea Handler was one of Love You, Mean It's executive producers. The sitcom Cummings stars in, Whitney, continues its second season on NBC (though it is fairing poorly, too); CBS' 2 Broke Girls, however, which she co-created with Michael Patrick King, is a hit.

An E! representative did not have any comment.
