"I still have to get ready to see how much of the neighborhood I can burn down and do what I like doing best -- killing people," William Spenger, 62, wrote, according to CNN. Spengler had 17 years in prison for manslaughter for killing his grandmother with a hammer in 1980, according to the Associated Press.
